The Kansas City Region SCCA General Meeting was called to order by RE Mike McGinley at Extreme Grand Prix on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 7:31 p.m.
Secretary Report:
Minutes from the December meeting were read. Chris Kern made a motion to approve; Tara Young seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Annual meeting minutes where read. Chris Kern made a motion to accept the minutes and Bill Johnson seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Solo Report (Al Hermans):
Making way and will have something soon to report for upcoming season.
KVRG Report (Chris Kern):
Working toward having registration for April event open soon on MSR.
Track night sessions will be starting soon and will need workers for the event.
RallyCross Report (David Williams):
No report this month.
Road Rally:
No report this month.
Web Report (Mike McGinley):
Look for new content next week.
Social Committee (Lisa Kern):
Bring in more membership and cross groups.
Awards banquet will come out next week. RSVP on MSR, please be clear on who is coming and how many.
Two entrees are provided on the menu. Everyone will have one drink ticket. There will be a cash bar. $30 per person for the reservation.

Mike McGinley mentioned the Mid Div convention at end of month.
James Cahill reported that the reservations for dinner at the banquet would close Monday before.
