SOLO REPORT: (Al Hermans)
The Solo School and Event #2 were held on April 30 & May 1. The school had approximately 40 people attend. Event #2 had 119 entries. Results are posted on the website.

Next events are the #3 & #4 on June 18 & 19. After that is event #5 on July 17.

The region will host a Starting Line school on July 16. Registration is found on MSR and the SCCA website.

A Street Survival school is being planned for August 20. We will be compensating coaches and workers with a free solo entry. If you know anyone with a teen that would benefit from the training, point them in our direction.

Kansas Region has lost HMP for solo for at least the rest of the year following their events on May 14 & 15.

The next MiDiv is at OMR on June 11 & 12. Registration is open on MSR.

Spring Nationals is May 27-30. Event is almost full.

Discussion on normal solo scheduled events, 10 this year with a high of 12 but 10 is normal.

Discussion of the event last weekend.

RALLY CROSS REPORT: (Nils, not in attendance)
Greg – Next event May 15th is I-35 Speedway. Nothing else at this time.

KVRG REPORT: (Chris Kern)
Divisional events, Hallett was a great time. Bill held  discussion on how our local drivers faired at Hallett.

Heartland Park May 20th is our next event. We are 16 workers short of where we need to be. For Ozark we need everyone to come out and help for the new track. We are getting good participation from local drivers but we need support staff to put on events. Workers are a problem for all regions. We are needing help for all worker areas.

Track night had 80 cars, good event even though we were short on workers. Have good turnout but hard to move them along to other SCCA options. Next track night May 20th. We need help! Will have some national champions talking about setting up car for tracks like Heartland at this event.

WEBSITE REPORT: (Mike McGinley)
All areas of the website are up to date.

OLD BUSINESS:
Need a replacement for Mike McGinley for the website, who do we have in the club to take his place.

NEW BUSINESS:
Lisa, no new or special events, should we have a picnic this year? Has been no interest at this time. Any ideas for special events talk to Lisa.

Is there any interest for cars and coffee? Parkville gets 2000 people. Could we promote these on our website? At this time there are seven of these occurring around town.

Dates:
Solo date here
Rally X – May 15th Grain Valley
HPT – May 21-22 TT and Majors
Ozarks – June 4-5 – Majors and TT

Call for motion to adjourn
Dick made a motion to adjourn and Charlie second motion passed. Meeting ended at 8:47.
