SOLO REPORT: Al Hermans
Our T&T and first event were held on April 6 &7. T&T had 51 drivers show up and event #1 had 144 drivers. The weather was comfortable but windy. Feedback from the event was very positive and I think we hooked a few novices.

Our $50.00 no work option for event #1 was returned by the claimant. We decided to offer 10 people the option of no work for pay since the entry count was so high. All 10 spots were gobbled up and a couple of people were turned away. We may offer up multiple no work slots if the registration numbers are adequate to support them. In addition, Craig Andernacht and Scott Highland each donated $100.00 to the program in appreciation.

The novice school and event #2 are on May 18 & 19. Registration is open and 34 are signed up for the school (capped at 35) and 104 are signed up for event #2. We are looking for instructors for the school as well as a small crew of workers. Event #3 is scheduled for June 9.

We continue to look for chairs and co-chairs for most of our events this season. Ask anybody on the SAC if you have questions. We can train you.

The third MiDiv weekend is scheduled for May 18 & 19 in Burns Flat, OK, a new site. Registration is open until May 16.

The fourth MiDiv weekend is June 1 & 2 in Salina, KS. Registration is open until May 29.

The Street Survival school on August 17 is open for registration. As usual, we are looking for coaches and volunteers to help out at registration and on course. If you know of any teens that might be interested in being students, please direct then to the SCCA website at https://www.scca.com/pages/street-survival.

Thank you to Scott Peterson for constructing a new mounting bracket for one of the timing boards.

Congratulations (or condolences) to Brad Smith for his recent appointment to the SEB. For the glory!!

KVRG REPORT: Bob Henson

Upcoming event Ozark circuit. June 1 & 2. We always need workers. It’s a great weekend with multiple options of work, run and play.

Hallett was a good event. New updates to the circuit were good. YouTube broadcast was good.
